NEED TO GET ISO9001 FOR FATS?
IT'S NOT TOO LATE, BUT HURRY!
If you are a Ministry of Defence supplier needing ISO9001 to remain with the
Framework Agreement for Technical Support (FATS), you only have a few weeks left
in which to become ISO9001 registered, using a UKAS-accredited certification
body. We have helped many suppliers to remain on the list, but time is
running out. If you need it, you need it urgently. Contact

Your Requirements

Our Solution
|
|
We need it any time last week.
We have a big contract hinging on our organisation
having ISO9001/14001/OHSAS18001/ISO27001 registration.
We realise it may cost a bit more this way, but we
want someone who we can rely on to get it done in the promised time, without
breaking the bank.
|
You probably need our FAST-TRACK support. If you absolutely must be certified in a short time, we can help. Our record is
10 days from start until the client became ISO9001 and IS14001 certified by a
UKAS-accredited certification body.
We can usually get you certified within 3-4 weeks. It
may be possible to achieve it more rapidly, depending on your availability and
the status of your existing system.
If your organisation needs to become registered for any of these
standards, we can help!
|
|
We want to spend as little money as possible, but we
also need it fairly quickly.
We don't want to become an expert if ISO9001 or
ISO14001 or OHSASA18001 but would like to understand the basics, at least.
We don't want to spend a lot of time writing our own
procedures. We'd like to have most of it ready-supplied.
|
You should use our OnlineISO system. After you have
answered a few questions (typically taking 30-45 minutes), our online tool will create your ISO system in
web-page format. You will then need to make your final adjustments and then you
can use your system.
Every procedure comes with extensive expert guidance
in plain English.
This is a very low-cost method and can be easily
accomplished even if you have little time time to spare or have
many conflicting demands on your time.

We are an organisation that wants to have a system
that is of benefit to us, rather than an additional burden of work.
We want to
become certified (perhaps due to customer pressure),
but we can't afford for our staff to have their everyday work disrupted during
this process.
We need a professional, effective system that provides
real benefit.
|
You probably need our gold standard service. Our expert
advisors will create your system based on your exact requirements. They will
provide advice on how to get the best from your processes whilst causing the
minimum of disturbance to your staff and their existing processes.
Fixed-price quotations, easy spread payments.
If your organisation wishes to implement a carefully tailored system that
will be a real benefit, then you must use our services. We have many centuries
total experience (our MD, Terry Russell, has over a quarter of a century, alone)
in implementing ISO9001 and other management systems, for use
in small, medium and large organisations.
We provide a wide range of services, including creation of customised
on-line, paperless management systems, internal auditing services (we are
probably unique in our level of qualifications for this service), attendance at
certification body assessments (our aim is to ensure you achieve zero
nonconformances), etc.
With clients ranging from Government departments and multi-national
corporations through to sole-proprietor businesses, we have the experience you
need!

"ACCREDITED" Certification
We have been approached by a number of people recently, telling
us that they can get their ISO9001, 14001, 27001 or OHSAS18001 certificate
cheaper because they are using a "certification body" that can give
them consultancy and then perform the assessment. Now, this is not
permitted under the requirements of ISO17021, which covers the activities of
certification bodies. We have pointed out that these "certification
bodies" are not accredited by UKAS, and these people tell us that they have
been informed that the "certification body" is accredited by some
other body. The Department for Business Innovation & Skills states
that this is illegal. Their web page at http://www.bis.gov.uk/policies/innovation/standardisation/non-accredited-certification
states:
“Accreditation” within the meaning of
the Regulation can only be obtained (in the UK) from United Kingdom
Accreditation Service by virtue of the Regulation.
Any organisation therefore that is suggesting it is accredited in the sense of
the Regulation when they are not is likely to be guilty
of an offence under the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing
Regulations 2008 (Statutory Instrument
2008/1276).
So, if you have one of these unaccredited certificates, you
should report the "certification body" to your local Trading Standards
office. And we'd strongly advise that you don't try to use it when tendering for
work. You may get tarred with the same brush! You might even appear in the same
court.
