I have
received my copy of your CD and couldn't be happier about it. I
really like your perspective, when I was with Mitsubishi Silicon in Salem
Oregon, we put together an ISO 9001 system that was quite a monster, I believe
we had somewhere in the neighborhood of 3500 documents. I wish we would
have had your guidance on that trip! I knew from that experience that it
didn't have to be a devil, and that is why I sought your guidance, well it is
going to pay off!
