Terms & Conditions of sale:

• Cost of this CD is £125 (GB pounds). *If your business is located within the UK / EU, then VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate.

• For UK organisations, we will send your CD on receipt of this order, subject to credit checking. Please note, we cannot ship to PO boxes within the UK if paying via invoice.

• We will send you an invoice for the CD, which must be paid within 30 days.

• CDs are normally shipped within one working day of receipt of order using 1st Class Mail (UK deliveries).

• For all others we will send you details to enable you to pay by bank transfer

• CDs are normally shipped within one working day of receipt of payment, using Air Mail, to ensure a rapid delivery.

• If the CD is faulty, we will replace it free of charge, provided you inform us within 7 days of delivery to you. 

• These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights

• This is a business to business sale. These products are not intended for non-business usage.

• As a business sale, the requirements of English contract law will apply.
